In accordance with EU law, the Government can restrict free movement rights in individual cases where any of the following conditions apply:

Unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee children are supported by the relevant authorities in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

Asylum claims made by those who are deaf or hard of hearing are processed in a way that ensures that claimants are not disadvantaged.

Staff are available at visa centres to assist applicants who have a disability (including those who are deaf or hard of hearing).
