We have been working closely with the Government of Ukraine to mark the day, celebrate the spirit and strength of the Ukrainian people and to underline our clear enduring support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.
The Government’s messaging will highlight the spirit and strength of the Ukrainian people as we continue to be inspired by their courage, defiance and bravery in the face of Russia’s unprovoked and illegal invasion by Russian troops in February. The UK and our international partners stand united in condemning the Russian government and its actions. Alongside our partners we will continue to increase the pressure on Russia. We stand with Ukraine, and we will do all we can to support Ukraine to succeed.
